There is a kit available at most parts stores that you can purchase. It includes basically sand paper of progressively finer grits, polish, and a sealant to protect the lens. 2000 grit wet/ dry sandpaper then buff where you sanded. I prefer 3m rubbing compound. Most body shops will take care of that for you as well
