What is your question?
I have a 1999 honda accord ex coupe and been having problems lately with starting it. I will go to start it up and it wont crank over. it will make the noise like it wants to, but wont. then 15-20 min, i try it again and it starts up. What could be causing this?

you could guess that it might have a bad crank position sensor. why not have it checked at a local Japanese shop and let them give you an estimate?
It is possible that you are having a starter problem. The starters used in those vehicles have electrical contacts in them that wear down and need to be replaced. If the starter is clicking when you turn the key but won’t actually crank the engine over there is a good chance this is your problem and you will need new starter contacts (replacing the contacts and not the entire starter is much less expensive). We see this problem 5 to 10 times a year.
