What is your question?
The car has full power and wont start. After multiple attempts it does crank over, is it the starter?

You say after multiple attempts the engine cranks over. Two common problems on this year and model is ignition switch electrical portion failure, a wiring diagram and voltmeter is needed to see if the ignition switch is transferring power across the switch when you turn the ignition switch to start position. The electrical contacts and plunger in the starter motor also fail and are replaceable. With the hand brake applied car out of gear, when the car fails, apply direct power to the small wire at the starter and see if the car cranks over, if not investigate the ignition switch circuit. Also check that the battery connections are clean tight and secure. At rest does your battery have 12.6 volts or greater, if not charge and test the battery.
