while driving my timing belt broke my engine and the cut off , what's my damage

This is a non interference engine so the odds are in your favor with being able to replace the timing components and be ok. The recommended interval is 105k miles for timing belt replacement on this engine.

You have bent valves I went though this with my v6 twice in a 3 month time frame thanks to a bad mechanic. He changed the timing belt put it together half fast the alternator fell off and belt the valves a second time and I had had to rebuild the engine again.
