Just purchased used. Has 123,000 miles and steering wheel slightly vibrates at idle. Car needs an alignment - right tires are worn. Going to get alignment and tune-up. Hoping this helps lessen idle vibrations. Could mounts need to be replaced? How much would front or rear mount replacement cost?

Yeah, my 98 Accord has ALWAYS had a vibration at idle and I bought it new. They were supposed to have used redesigned engine mounts but they should have kept trying because it still vibrates.
