Fuel injection cleaning may help by getting the fuel injectors to atomize the fuel better. However before spending money on repairs, first fill your fuel tank to the top and reset your tripometer to zero. Drive your car around for about 100 miles and refill the fuel tank to the top, divide the number of miles you drove by the amount of fuel (i.e. 3.2 gallons) to get a fairly accurate mpg rating. You should get about 25 mpg.
