What is your question?
Hello, I am having an issue with my 1998 Honda Accord V6 and the 0401 code. I removed the air intake manifold and the EGR valve to clean the port in the block going to the EGR valve. I put Sea Foam in the hole and it flowed easily from the intake area to the EGR valve area, I allowed it to sit there for an hour and blew the excess out. The porting in the intake manifold were cleaned and all carbon removed, poured Sea Foam in each port and blew out with an air compressor. I used break cleaner and cleaned the EGR valve and an allen wrench to pulsate the mechanism, it moved freely. I reassemble the engine, torqued to spec then took the car for a drive, within 25 miles the check engine light came on. Possible EGR valve problem?
