What's the difference between the front and back passenger side power window motors? Are they interchangeable?

On my Honda Accord the passenger side power window doesn't roll up or down. However the back seat passenger side does. Can the two motors be switched out? Apparently, the only way you can get that to work is IF they are on the same side. (e. g.) Passenger side back door and front door can be switched out, BUT the entire assembly is the deal breaker.
