Slight idle surge when cold & sluggish when stop & go

What is your question?

Problem #1 Idle fluctuates a little in the morning but settles when it reaches operating temp. Problem #2 stop and go driving causes bogging,Even at full throttle it does not responds to full throttle position, passing gear does not engage. Note: I have already replaced the two shift solenoides and adjusted TCM.
