What is your question?
I have a 1994 Honda Accord with 113,000 miles. Car will not start but turns over. Just replaced the battery before problem started. Check engine light comes on and D4 light flashes. I have been told it could be anything from the distributor to the transmission.....Please help this old lady, as I cannot find a repair shop that works on anything over a 1997. I need a starting point here. I love my car....

Try replacing the ECL Relay switch it power the fuel pump and from what I've heard and read this is the problem other people had a short also that keeping blowing relay if no electric work hash been gdone hopefully there's no short(New radio anybody working on electric) just try that let me know
Recommend scanning and diagnosing issue so that I can make an educated diagnosis
Distributor is a common failure. You need to check harder. 94 is a very common Honda in your area.
