Heat is not working//blowing cold air

What is your question?

When I first bought my car, the heat worked, but not too well. Then after the summer when I tried to use it again, it stopped blowing any heat alltogether. I also don't have AC hooked up, but I'm mainly concerned with my heating problem. What could be causing my car too not blow any heat, and what can I do to fix it? Thank you.
