car would bog out on the free way when I floored it at high RPM I had the fuel filter replaced now it seems like it's doing it more now even at a dead stop I floor it and when vtec kicks in it will bog for a sec that take off what is going on and how to go about fixing it? It's a 94 accord ex automatic with a short ram air intake

The fuel filter was replaced? In the fuel tank? Not a great idea; if you're going in the tank, replace the pump assembly including the filter. However, even that is extremely unlikely to be needed. Fuel - air - emission control - ignition spark - engine timing - engine compression - exhaust flow -- something in one or more of those categories is failing. I've had an idle air control valve cause similar concerns. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
