What is your question?
there is spark to the spark plugs.has good fuel pressure.the injectors are receiving voltage[checked with noid light] the main relay clicks twice. I got it started once and checked the timing and it was ok.It sputters on first attempt but not on any other attempts. Note the time it started it ran fine.

I sounds like the problem is inside the distributor or the ignition coil. First check for spark directly at the ignition coil. If you have spark there then check the cap, rotor, and wires. If there is no spark at the coil check for power to the coil. If none of the above revels the problem that would indicate a fault inside the distributor.
I have a new distributor installed. It acted the same way with the old distributor. I have a new coolant sensor[bought at honda]and it checks ok on ohms test. New plug wires and plugs. I checked the spark with a high voltage spark tester. I had to charge the battery, with the negative cable disconnected, with My hand on the car body I could feel a tingle!I disconnected the positive and then could not feel a tingle. what is causing this voltage backup?
Sorry, I miss read your question. I though you had NO spark. Perhaps you have a spark to weak to fire the engine. What did you use to test for spark? Another possibility would be a faulty signal from the coolant sensor to the engine control module. Here are some specs for the coolant sensor: 0.98-1.34k ohms at 95°F (40°C) - 0.22-0.35k ohms at 176°F (80°C)
