car boggs down until about 2000 rpm. works fine above 2000 rpm

What is your question?

I recently changed my timing belt, water pump, fast idle valve, all belts, and battery. Now it boggs down when I step on accelerator until the car reaches a little over 2000 rpm. Any suggestions?
