Wont shift out of park

What is your question?

I Have a 92 Honda accord with an automatic transmission. When I try take the car out of park The shiter won't move. I have to use the override key. Once the car is out of park it shifts fine. When I press the brake I dont hear a click, But the brake lights work fine.
