i dont know to tell if my motor is an interfrence motor and my timing belt went out so befor i fix the timing belt i need to know if my motor is still good.

The 2.2L 4 Cylinder is an Interference engine. Bummer, looks like you'll have some bent valves and will need to rebuild the cylinder head.
Yes, your engine is an interference engine. If the belt went out while the can was running, you probably suffered some bent rods and damaged things pretty good. If not, check out my guide here to DIY the timing belt change: http://factoidz.com/timing-belt-change-tips-1991-honda-accord/
yes it is but carbon buildup on the top of pistons can cause it to hit and bend a valve.
