Some auto parts store chains advertise they can test your alternator if you bring it to them but it is as cheap to replace the alternator as replace only the voltage regulator, diodes, or brushes. The quality of re-manufactured alternators vary, some are terrible. Replacing any part of the alternator in your Honda requires taking the entire alternator apart anyway.
