Replacing Manual Trani in LX model

What is your question?

I am getting ready to put a reman trani in my car and cannot find info on how to go about this project. I also need a new hydraulic line. I cannot find the actual route that the line follows in my Hanes manual. any hints would be great and also everything I would need? I have the clutch, master and slave. Im guessing new flywheel and i know i need a new gasket.
