How do you test the injector control module?

The Honda ECU is pretty reliable on the Accord. To test the ECU you would need to test all the powers, ground and input signals to the ECU, then test the outputs. You need a wiring diagram to see what connections should have power, which should have ground, then you need an oscilloscope to look at sensor patterns. Autozone have some popular workshop manuals for free on line once you register (for free) on their website http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info. There is also a company that independent auto repair shops buy their information from that the same information inexpensively to do it yourselfers. The information is year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Alldata is very easy to navigate http://bit.ly/AllData_Repair_Manuals_Online If you are pretty certain the ECU is bad, a company called Fuel Injection Corporation in Livermore CA can test the ECU for you if you send it to them, good people quick turn around. 2407 Research Drive Livermore, CA 94550 Phone: 925-371-6551
