everytime i replace fuses for rear lghts fuse blows

You have a short in the circuit somewhere. You will need to trace it down which will take time.
You would have to look at a wiring diagram and trace wiring, look for frayed or damaged wires at the trunk hinge area it is a common enough issue. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
