1987 Front Door Handle Linkage

What is your question?

I'm trying to remove the front door handle on a 1987 Honda Accord. I've got all the linkage off but the one with the plastic insert with the bigger end on the linkage. Is there a special tool I can purchase to remove this rod so I can get the door handle off. Respectfully, Johnny
