Why are my breaks sticking

Usually if I break is sticking the caliper is freezing up and not retracting the slide pins are frozen or the rubber line from the steel line to the caliper at the wheel end has an internal crack and is not letting the brake fluid return. Those are The Usual Suspects when they break sticks
