Lights are typically easy. You may have to take out the rear tail lamp housing but that's not hard either. Alex
hi found this guy thru a friend of mine he had repaired a speedometer cluster for him and he had told me to contact him and i did and he repairs a lot of Automotive electronics modules, so i sent him both of my tail lights and he repaired both of them for about $250.00 and they have a lifetime warranty with them. can not go wrong with that. I have had them in the Yukon for about 3 months with no problems, i told him to put his listing on ebay and he has. here is his eBay item number: 253582723111, 2015 2016 2017 2018 GMC Yukon, Yukon XL, Denali Tail Light Lamp Repair Kit i also have his telephone number if anybody wants it. i'm glad i sent them to him. i hope this helps somebody out. DO NOT go to steal dealer and get ripped off.
The 2015-2018 Yukon tail light is a LED unit. About $600 for a new replacement at the dealer. There are websites that fix them. See http://www.ledfix.com

Hmm....not sure. The guy that made the youtube video was selling them on ebay for about $175 with return shipping. Hmm... Then he was trying to sell the video as a pay-per-view.....Pretty rough way to do it...maybe cold solder joints?...melting plastic to patch it up? He said he had a patent and copyrights on it. He was going to sue the professional guys fixing them. I'm sure he doesn't see it that way. To do it right....you almost have to weld the metal piece in....and you certainly need a better way to make it water tight. It's not a speedometer....it's a tail light....lots of water flowing around that area....melted plastic and silicone doesn't cut it..
Are we talking about the same professional who sent there light her to get fixed from Minnesota so they can find out how we fixed them in apr 10th and apr 14 from oklahoma and his name start with D and his last name start with R and his Email is Digitalguy_1 @??? I have receipt and tracking number for both shipment , are they the same professional who is telling people they have a repair kit they are going to install in there lights? are they the same professional who started repairing lights on ebay on may 1st and now they are telling people they fix over 700 of them in 1 day , and now your saying I charged people 175$ for the video what is the item number please , we only charge 75$ for the repair , no sir it's free video so everyone can enjoy fixing his tail light for free inside the us . I have 2 degrees in technical engineering what do you have MR D aren't those the same professional who file online complaint against me on ebay and have item number (322567628784) on ebay removed because i am offering repair service and have it removed for 4 hours so when ebay restore it it wont show that we have over 300 sale on this item alone but we still have our product feedback its all under our name and we have nearly 100 positive feedback on tail light repair alone , your professional together all of them have less than 10 , are you talking about professional scammer or what
Last week your video was being sold as a pay-per-view for $29 on youtube. Last week you posted this on another site: "this video is copyrighted and it's the same one we introduced to GM technical support in august 2016 and we have the case number and the patent number for any one who is dublecating [sic] our work ,see you in court soon " Ummm......curious.....what is that patent number? Last week on eBay....your lamps weren't $75....they were $105.....and the week before that....$120. And....you have that nasty additional hidden shipping fee of $52 for a 6 pound tail light. Lifetime warranties on eBay are non-enforceable....worthless....all the seller has to do is change their screen name and....yikes...no more warranty. Better yet, how about a offering 'double-lifetime' warranty. I don't think people mind paying for professional repairs. But they expect and deserve professional results. That video is killing you brother. A dark dusty barn repair job. We don't know anything about the tiffs your having in Minnesota and Oklahoma. It's not us. As for Mr. Deemini.....We have 20+ years experience repairing automotive LED lighting.
Dave R I am not going to waste every body time responding to you and your gang ,i am sure any one who read this can go in ebay and see when you started fixing tail light from your feedback on tail light repair and when we started fixing tail light from our feedback on ebay and our production rating that your using to sell on ebay if your that good you and your gang why don't you opt out of our production rating and show us this repair kit your talking about, however i do have 32 year experience , so let's all go watch another free video for free ,this video has been on our web site since January 14 2018 and its free for any one in the us , have a wonderful day to any yukon owner . thank you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKRNJVHGa7I
Sorry...not my posse...I have no idea who those people are. As for the video....free?....January? Really? Less than a week ago you were trying to sell it....these quotes are from another site.. "Guru----X answered about a week ago How can you fix it without opening it??? A membership fee to watch YouTube videos...and you don't have to open the light??? That seems sketch-tastic five thousand. My nan's been suckered before - starting with GMC, and now weekend YouTubers can cash in on it?! No thank you." "Guru----K answered 5 days ago her we go guys the video is free till midnight so no one can scam you and tell you they have a repair kit and he is going to install it in your light , this video is copyrighted and it's the same one we introduced to GM technical support in august 2016 and we have the case number and the patent number for any one who is dublecating our work ,see you in court soon."
