Are these items covered by MaxCare warranty?

I'd like to confirm that these items are covered by MaxCare warranty. My rear power lift gate no longer opens or closes when pushing the button or the remote. I have to open and close it manually. Also the driver's side power mirror no longer folds/unfolds as it should, and the defroster on it doesn't work.
