faulty door locks

GM wont fix them?? does this mean under warranty?? if the replacements failed, ask the service manager the warranty on the replacement parts. when we purchase something from the dealer, we get a 1 year warranty on the parts. Roy

I would go to www.alldatadiy.com and pay for a 1 car subscription ( very reasonable ) Then you will have pictures and explanations. Removing a door panel is a bit tricky, make sure that your window is all the way up before you start, because once you start disassembling, you may not be able to operate your window etc.
