Hello, my concern is that with repeated overheating (apparent from your question) -- has damage occurred to the internal engine components? If your cooling fans are not working, testing is required to find out why. Is it the fans itself? A relay? The command to turn them on? Once you drill down to the cause, you can repair as needed.
