Hopefully the shop did not damage the TPMS when they fixed the tire. Rotating your tires and sensor damage are usually the only reasons it would keep flashing. Other than it just went bad all of a sudden. I worked at a well known tire shop that I will not mention the name of and I couldnt tell you how many sensors were damaged every month. I would have it checked out by the shop. Most shops will do it for free if you tell them it's been on since the fix. The shop will have to replace it if damaged.
