Just looking for the time it should take for the removal and replacement of the heater core.

The primary heater core should take 6-7 hours to replace. You must remove the HVAC module assembly to access the core, which requires accessing the instrument panel. To be clear: I do not know which engine you have or which Yukon model, so this is approximate.
