Air conditioner does'nt blow

Very common failures are the blower motor and blower motor resister. To isolate, test for 12 volts and ground at the motor. If voltage is present and it does not run, the motor is likely. If no voltage at the motor, test going ito and out of the resistor. If power goes in and not out, the resistor is likely bad. We also find that the leading cause of a bad resistor is the blower motor pulling too many amps. Often we end up replacing both.
