Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your GMC Yukon. Based on the information provided since the engine is turning over but is not starting this generally rules out the battery or starter as the cause. A sudden crank but no start concern can commonly be caused by a component like the fuel pump itself suddenly failing, a fault with a component like the crankshaft position sensor, or other possible causes from failing electronics to in some cases a mechanical concern. The most common for this model are usually the fuel pump or the crankshaft position sensor itself needing to be replaced. I recommend having the no start concern properly diagnosed to pinpoint which component is creating this concern so it can then be repaired properly repaired from there.
