What is your question?
my brake lights went out and we have changed the bulbs, fuse and brake switch under the brake pedal. Is there another brake switch somewhere else

No other brake switch. Is the center mounted brake light out also? If all the brake lights are out I would go back and recheck the brake light switch, make sure there is power coming out of the white wire from the brake switch when the pedal is depressed. If only the lower brake lights are out there may be a brake light relay in the under hood fuse box (the wiring diagram is a bit vague on this). Check the 30A STOP fuse and the Stoplamp relay.
It might be the circuit board(s) that bolt onto the back of your tail light housing. Mine keeps going out on my passenger side, and sometimes it'll flash all the bulbs on that side when I turn. Even the reverse light. Sometimes the tail light just goes dark. Seems like everytime it goes out, its a different combo of messed up lighting, lol. Sometimes no lights at all. Tail light circuit board is much cheaper at AutoZone than it is from the dealer ($15 compared to $70). And the dealer didnt offer a return on it because its an electrical part. To fix it, they want a $70 retainer before theyll look at it and try to see why it keeps making the circuit board go bad. So try that, its a cheap fix and may solve your problem. I just deal with mine, and I have to change it about every year or so.
