My car makes a loud ticking noise under the drivers/passager side

A ticking noise doesn't have to be coming from the brakes so it may be unrelated. Does it tick all the time? Only when braking? Check over the exhaust. If it's only when rolling then look at the dust shields for the brakes. They may be rubbing on the rotors. Alex
