Why does my AC only work when I jump the compressor if my relay is still good?

What is your question?

My AC works if I jump the compressor through the relay in the fuse box with a wire but when I place the relay back in it doesn't work, I've even swapped the relay out with the horn relay and that didn't work. Also my control head is only about a year old.
