The blower motor resistor module has failed - GM dealer has a kit for repair. Kits are available aftermarket - however GM dealer actually has the best price!

A recall was issued for runs all the time. It is the blower resistor and the plug to the resistor they repair. A call to dealer with the recall # 11046 could result in free repair and good for 10 years from recall date.
