key fob

I just bought a 2022 GMC Terrain SLE awd 1.5L. It only had one key fob. I purchased two new key fobs from ebay. They all programed ok. A few weeks latter one stopped working. I tried to reprogram it, but now both new fobs did not relearn. I used the program that erases all the fobs. I even disconnected the battery. The program shows teach fob 5. How can I erase all the fobs and relearn just three?
