Car is jerking like I'm hitting brake but stops when I give it gas, sometimes stalls, but will restart?
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. This sounds like an engine performance concern. Either exhaust or air intake restriction would be the first place I would start looking. Certainly can have an evaporative emission system issue where there is vacuum building up in the fuel system.
