Key won't turn the ignition over, the steering wheel is locked and gear shift will not move out of park. I have tried, wd40, I have tried pulling on the steering wheel while trying to turn it on. I have two keys with key fobs, neither of them will turn the ignition over. The batteries are good in both. No bends in the keys.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing

If you haven't already, be sure to try and rotate the steering wheel both directions. If that doesn't help there could be a number of issues causing this bit of chaos, the good news is that GMC has a published diagnostic workflow to aide technicians in diagnosing this specific issue.
