If I leave the keys in the ingnition, it will sound like it's trying to crank and sometimes the radio just starts playing

The "noise like it's about to crank" - is it a buzzing noise or the actual starter motor making noise? The radio playing - there's likely functionality to play the radio until the keys are removed, but I'm not entirely sure or clear on that.
