Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Sorry to hear about the no-start. The fusible link is a wire designed to melt and break continuity when excessive current is applied. I'm wondering if the new link is correct or, before the old link was replaced, it did some damage. Use a continuity tester or a Digital Multimeter (DMM) at each end of the wire containing the fusible link to determine if it is broken or allowing excessive current causing the cluster to drop out and the Terrian to no-start. Also, check the fuses and battery terminals for any issues. If everything looks fine, it's best to have a mechanic diagnose the electrical system to pinpoint and fix the problem efficiently.
