What is your question?
The problem started 3 almost 4 months of me having the vehicle. It will start up then once you put it in drive it will putt a little bit then stalls out. When you shut the engine off sometimes it will shake and take a little longer to power down while everything else is off. I’ve just had the throttle body and coil packs today. But it’s the same issue
What makes this problem better or worse?
When I try to accelerate sometimes

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Terrain. If it’s still stalling after replacing the throttle body and coil packs, there may be another issue affecting fuel delivery, air intake, or engine timing. A common problem on the 2011 Terrain with the 2.4L engine is a faulty camshaft position actuator solenoid or timing chain wear, both of which can cause rough running, stalling, and delayed shutdown. A scan for stored codes, even if the check engine light isn’t on, could help point you in the right direction. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
