It started with low power mode light, ran a scan which said fuel pump needed changed. It had started to stall at stops. Also replaced a couple sensors. After changing fuel pump won't start and poo16 code shows up.Oil is changed.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, that code is for "camshaft position A" - indicating the camshaft and crankshaft are not seen to be in sync. This wouldn't have anything to do with your fuel pump. And, there is no scan that will tell you to replace a fuel pump, either, so I'm not sure what that is for you. Hands on testing Is needed to find out what's going on, with a professional, skilled and trained technician.
