Fuel Injection cleaning
What is your question?
My dealer recommended a fuel injection service because of possible carbon buildup. The truck seems to run fine now and I think they are just trying to sell stuff.

In my personal opinion, you are right to question this! If the vehicle runs fine, and not exhibiting driveability problems I wouldn't recommend it. Many shop receive kickbacks from the companies that sell these flush products, and this no doubt clouds their judgment as to when this service is needed.
