I took the truck in for the door adjustment. Was told the hinges were coming apart and needed fixing. The repair is done, there is no wind noise, but the door has to be slammed to be shut properly. I think the door needs to be re-adjusted or the locking mechanism with wear out.

I cannot tell from here if the door is to tight or the latch or striker is worn. I would suggest you return to the shop that repaired the hinges and see what they say. I could be a simple striker adjustment to take care of your problem.
The most occurring event when uPVC door needs adjustment is that when you go to lift the handle up and it seems "stiff". If this is happening you need to make proper adjustments with your uPVC door or call in an expert. If you continue to carry on using the lock there is a very good chance the lock will fail and the worse case scenario, it can fail in the locked position when you're outside. This will mean getting a locksmith to not only get you in but also most likely change the whole locking mechanism, which will be inevitable an expensive affair. You can adjust the PVC, PVCu, uPVC door by first opening the door and try to lock the door in the open position, if it works fine then the problem is with the keeps or door adjustment, the lock is fine. I'm taking it in Monday. Seems I have to slam the door to get it to lock.
Update: When they replaced the B-Plug and only part of the problem went away, I took the truck back and they determined that the third door was locking only half way. The dealer did something but it only lasted a day. I took the truck back a third time and was charged $60 to have the third door taken apart and adjusted. It looks like the repair will stick this time.
Spent $60 to have third door taken apart/adjusted. Now I have problems getting seat belt to pull out properly so I can buckle up. Russ - thanks for your comments. The person I spoke with at the dealer tried to justify everything by saying something to the effect that because of the third door there will be problems. They sold me a warranty, I need to check to see if this is all covered. Ive had the truck barely a year. The idea of buying a newer vehicle is the supposedly lower repairs. Aditik - Thanks for your help. The door still doesn't always shut perfectly. So, I just get flabbergasted, open the door, and then shut it again. What flusters me even more is the dealer sells me a warranty but never checks to see if all the work being done is covered! Now I have a possible window regulator out (Electric window does not go down) and you better believe that the repair better be covered by warranty! Also, please explain PVC, PVCu, and uPVC...
I am sorry to hear the saga of your door is continuing. It sounds like another trip to the dealer will be necessary to correct the seat belt issue. It may be a good idea to call the service department and let them know there is a problem with the seat belt. If the problem seat belt is not used very often it may be a good idea to wait a few days before bringing it back to see how the door repair is holding up. Hopefully you next visit will be only to correct the seat belt issue.
