What is your question?
The engine started running rough about a month ago. I changed the spark plugs and checked the air filter and nothing changed. Service light came on and started flashing occasionally. Then last week it lost all power suddenly and struggled to do 30 mph. Checked OBD codes and there were several for misfires. Cleared the codes and ran the engine and got a code for the crankshaft position sensor. Took the cps out and cleaned it. Now I am getting no new codes but engine won’t stay running. Already replaced fuel filter and fuel pump.

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Hello, the misfire codes are the big clue here. Do not continue driving the vehicle with active misfires. You will most certainly damage your catalytic converters, which is a crazy expensive repair. I suspect one or more engine coils have failed to either seal properly allowing moisture in or have failed to function properly. Ensure the spark plugs you installed are high quality and gapped properly. Then, replace coils on cylinders that indicate a misfire. Recheck after. This is just a guess, and testing should occur - but it's a really good guess based off of your story.
