Not starting after it rains!

What is your question?

I bought a 1998 GMC Sonoma from a friend who told me that when it rains the truck won't start. I had the rotor, cap, plugs, wires, fuel filter, and the pcv replaced and the problem still exist. Please help if you have an answer
