The battery had to be charged it was 10.59 volts but it will not crank or start you parked it a couple years ago because you said it was doing that before you parked it

10.59 volts is not enough reference voltage to power the starter motor. It needs to be well above 12 volts -- ideally above 12.52. Start by obtaining a fully charged battery that has been tested and can handle a load and installing it, and see how it goes from there.
