98 Sanoma. Would ignition switch cause my speedometer to bottom out at 120mph?

Hello, the ignition switch would likely not cause the problem you speak of. A system voltage, battery concern may cause some of what you're speaking of. Diagnostic testing is needed to find out what is going on.
