My 2019 at4 Sierra 1500 is overheating while driving It goes past 210 and fluctuates up and down And I'm not hauling any load

What makes this problem better or worse?

Makes the problem worse when I'm driving uphill

Just bought the truck a month ago 0 miles off the lot and that's when it began
