Possible blown fuse(s) in under hood fuse relay box .. Beyond that - recommend seeking *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel for more thorough testing / diagnosis.. (Do not know your skill level)

Pat close attention to ALL fuses marked as ENGINE .. or .. STARTER !!
