Turns over can hear fuel pump and relay have no fire at plug changed tranny out drove it about 20 miles everything was fine parked it used headlights to clean up ran battery down charged battery now it has no fire at plugs

Investigate > *crankshaft position sensor* - possibly wire connection issue.

IF there is a chance battery polarity was reversed at 'anytime' during charging .. Possible failed fuse(s).
